I am a freelance senior researcher, with an extensive experience on European Social policies. With a broad portfolio and versatile competences, I have a deep knowledge in various areas and extensive practice in devising capacity building modules for policy makers.

A graduate in international private and public law, I have been a lecturer at the law department of Nanterre University (Paris X). As former French civil servant, I have extensive experience in labour and employment policies and in gender issues. In Eurofound (the European Agency for the improvement of living and working conditions), I have been responsible for research projects addressing both industrial relations and working conditions developments in Europe.
